The issue of sustainability has become  a popular and wide-ranging subject in the environmental industry.  Environmental stewardship is one of Benchmark’s core values that we infuse into our offices.  From natural lighting to recycling programs to sustainable office supplies, we try to do our part to make this world more sustainable.  Benchmark can provide additional value to any project by addressing issues associated with sustainability including green building planning, water re-use, source reduction, and waste minimization.  We recently served on the City of Dallas Task Force which helped develop legislation adopting green building standards for all new construction.
